Known as NoKa (North Kapaa) Market, Jasper Properties, LLC is creating a sustainable and affordable option for local Kaua'i vendors and is actively recruiting talent for its new food hall and farmer's market and farm situated next to the new NoKa Fair boardwalk shopping center.
